  1. chop onion and finely chop cabbage and celery.
  2. roast the peanuts. cut the cucumber into thin round slices and reserve.
  3. for dressing mix vinegar, sweetener, black pepper, celery and salt.
  4. Mix dressing into vegetables and transfer on a serving plate.
  5. arrange cucumber slices around salad. garnish with peanuts.
