Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Chop and saute onions, garlic, curry powder in oil.
  2. Add chopped bacon.
  3. Add cubed peeled pumpkin, potatoes, kumara.
  4. Add water and lentils.
  5. Simmer 45 mins.
  6. Puree.
  7. Add salt and coconut cream.
