This slaw has a really nice, mellow flavor with the surimi bits in it. The dressing is nicely balanced. The peanuts are a nice idea but are a little too sugary and oily without enough spice. The flavors didn't come through on those like I hoped for. But overall, a nice dish!

We had this for dinner last night and it was delightfully different and very delicious. The mild sweetness of the imitation crabmeat went well with the slaw ingredients. The dressing's sweet-tart flavor was a bonus. The spiced nuts were my favorite part and added so much to the flavor and texture of the slaw. This dish reflects a creative use of ingredients and it is something I would serve to guests. Thanks and good luck in the contest.

This is a wonderful and different way to make a slaw!!! We too loved the flavor and texture the spiced nuts gave. A wonderful combination of ingredients that is definitely worth showing off to your guests. Thanks Lorac!!!!

We had this for lunch today and it was delicious! I loved the flavor combo of the peanuts---they are so good I think they are worth making just to snack on. I had a problem staying out of them while I was waiting for the slaw to chill. :) Thanks for sharing the recipe!
