Made as posted. So quick and easy to make, loved the combination of sabzi. Other than using a touch less turmeric next time around I would make no changes.Thinking it would be equally good with fresh tomatoes as well as grilled. Served with both yogurt and sour cream. Be making these again for sure. Thank you for sharing.
