Excellent recipe to go with the Korean burgers I made tonight! I added a Tablespoon of sugar, a dash of pepper and 1 less TBS of oil and then heated up the sauce as I drained the spinach. I also added a shredded red long chile pepper (mild). My husband loved this too!

Loved, loved, loved this dish! It was the exact flavor that I was looking for and paired fabulously with Korean Style Short Ribs #266161. Thank you, this side dish made my meal perfect!

An easy, versatile way to eat greens. Besides being nutritious, the stir fry is vivid and attractive. As another reviewer noted, I only made enough for one, so cut back the sauce to about 1-2 teaspoons per each sauce ingredient. That worked out well. Also used CutNClean bagged greens (European blend)--they bag many types of greens, and any of them would work nicely with this. I like the suggestion of using the recipe as a bed to hold an entree, but it works just as well as a separate side dish. Thanks, Aunt Cookie!

This is an excellent recipe....quick, easy and very tasty. I halved the recipe and used peanut oil. I also didn't bother trimming the spinach since I used bagged baby spinach. I loved how quickly I can prepare an excellent, healthy side dish. We had this with beef bulgogi and steamed rice. Thanks Aunt Cookie!

Super easy to make, healthy, and tastes fantastic! The sauce is so delicious, and completely cuts the sometimes bitter taste that cooked spinach can have. I was cooking for one and only had a small amount of fresh spinach left, so I used 1 tsp of the sesame oil and 1.5 tsps of the other sauce ingredients, and I simply sauteed the spinach in olive oil in a skillet instead of getting out the wok. It was delicious! I think next time I'll serve it as a bed for my Broiled Sesame Salmon, it would be PERFECT!

I really loved this. I had to use just regular sesame oil because dark wasn't available, but the dressing probably tasted reasonably close. Best of all the whole thing took under10 minutes to make because I used prewashed bagged organic spinach and didn't bother to chop it (it shrinks down so much it really wasn't necessary). A definite addition to my permanent repertoire.
