  1. Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper and ginger.
  2. heat olive oil ovr medium heat.
  3. add garlic, stirring constantly until fragrant (1 min).
  4. Add ground beef (1lb for full recipe), crumble.
  5. drain fat.
  6. stir in sauce mix and onions until combined, simmer until heated.
  7. serve over rice.
