Kofta Meatballs - Lamb

"Another of my kofta recipes, this one is eaten as a starter. Only a few steps to produce an authentic recipe. Although I have given the recipe as a lamb dish you could use beef."

  • Place all of the ingredients EXCEPT FOR THE OIL, in a large bowl and mix to a dough.
  • Divide the mixture and form into balls the size of golf balls.
  • In a deep pan heat the oil and fry the balls till golden.
  • Drain on kitchen paper and serve them hot.
