- Soak bread with enough water to saturate the whole slice.
- In a food processor add beef, onions, salt, pepper, and bread until it reaches a paste like consistency.
- Form a small amount on wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for at least an hour.
- Cook over a hot grill until cooked.
This was a nice main to our African dinner night. Made as written cutting the recipe in half and felt it could have benefited from the addition of some spices. Thanks for the post.
We enjoyed these for our lunch today. I made 1/2 of the recipe. I had to add some liquid to it while processing it as it was too dry and not mixing up. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for ZWT 7.
