Old fashioned "like your Italian Granny made" garlic bread. Goes wonderfully with my Wilted Lettuce.
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Slice the bread into 1-inch thick slices.
- Toast the bread for 10-15 minutes in the oven, until lightly browned.
- Spread roasted garlic over the hot bread.
- (Sorry, fingers work best).
- Drizzle good olive oil over the bread.
- Sprinkle with a little salt.
- Serve while warm.
