  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl whisk egg whites, Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of white pepper, set aside.
  • In another bowl combine the crunch coating ingredients.
  • Roll the chicken pieces in the egg mixture then in the crunch coating, coating well Pour enough of the chicken broth to coat the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish Place chicken in dish, cover with waxed paper.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the wax paper.
  • Return to oven and bake until golden brown, 10- 15 minutes more- add more broth if too dry on bottom of pan Serve with favourite sauce.
