I really don't remember how much I used or what all I threw in, but everyone at home loved it so I should probably put it somewhere safer than my head! lol

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Coat bottom of a deep skillet with olive oil and heat.
  3. Add chicken, garlic, onion, ginger, cumin and paprika to hot pan.
  4. Cook until chicken is cooked thru and golden brown.
  5. Add in soy sauce and brown sugar and simmer until sauce thickens. If sauce gets too thick add some water a little at a time.
