Potato Knish Tillie Bogatz

  1. Dough.
  2. Mix egg, flour, 1/2 cup mashed potato, lukewarm water and baking powder. Roll out dough into rectangle.
  3. Filling.
  4. Chop celery and onion and fry in olive oil until soft.
  5. Mix celery, onion, mashed potato and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Spread filling down center of dough.
  7. Roll up dough jelly roll style.
  8. Slice into rounds and place on baking sheet.
  9. Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour.
