  1. SO GOOD! Yum. I, too, added some sugar to my klah and this time around made it with hot milk instead of water. Good both ways, but very creamy and yummy with the milk.

  2. Klah ROCKS!!! It is so easy to make and all that I changed is that you can use twice as much ground white chocolate instead of the dark for a different taste. I love Anne McCaffrey and i had made my own Klah and I have made Bubbly Berry Pies, but this Klah is better than mine, I have not been able to find The Dragonlovers Guide to Pern ANYWHERE! So, thank you SO MUCH!!! ^_^

  3. This is a nice drink. I did add 3 tsps. of sugar to my cup of Klah and I used 4 tsps. of the mix for my drink. It was thick and indulgent! Thank you for the recipe!!

I live in Montreal, Canada with my husband and two children (boy born in 1998 and girl born 2000). No, we weren't going for a Y2K baby, she was born in August :-) I love to cook but I hate decidng what to make. I'm just starting to plan my meals in advance and am finding it a real challenge. I love the fact that real people review these recipes and add their own hints and tips.
