  1. Put all the above in blender.
  2. Blend till smooth.
  3. Add a few handfuls of crushed ice and blend till mixture is slushy.

Yum! I made a half recipe of this, which made one restaurant-sized drink. I had some simple syrup in the fridge, so I replaced the caster sugar with an equal amount of the syrup. What a delicious and refreshing cocktail for a warm summers evening. I know caster sugar is a very fine sugar but I went with powdered sugar. Powdered is finer then caster and will dissolve in cold liquids such as this cocktail. One cup of crushed ice was used in making this. I made this for Zaar World Tour 8 for the Bistro Babes team.
