Another great way to serve a spinach salad that taste great and looks colorful.

  1. Wash spinach several times.
  2. Pat dry with paper towels or use a salad spinner.
  3. The salad spinner works great.
  4. In a large bowl, combine sugar, oil, vinegar, paprika and Worcestershisre sauce, cover and process for 30 seconds.
  5. Add onions and seeds.
  6. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. You can prepare dressing ahead of time and place in refrigerator.
  9. Don't pour over salad until time to serve.
  10. This will keep the spinach fresh and the flavor of the dressing great.

We had discovered this recipe in a Light & Tasty magazine two years ago and it has become a staple recipe in our household. My 14 year old daughter loves to make this salad. Very light and zingy!!
