    Perfect Pixie's Note:

    This was another lunch box sandwich which was always great to use up the leftover beef from the night before. Lamb always works well as well.

    Ingredients:

    Servings:

    • 4 slices steak (or left over beef cut up, EVEN BETTER, a hot steak just of the frypan)
    • ketchup
    • 4 pieces bread (soft white always works best)
    • butter
    • 1 slice dairylee cheese

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Spread some butter on you bread.
    2. 2
      Cut the fat of your steak slices.
    3. 3
      Place them on the bread.
    4. 4
      Spread ketchup over.
    5. 5
      Put together like sandwiches.
    6. 6
      Cut into 4 squares.
    7. 7
      Best served cold from the fridge, but perfect in a lunch box.
