Kiwi Orange Mango Juice (Rachael Ray)

Recipe suggested as a breakfast juice while camping (assuming you have a blender LOL). Sounds fabulous and would be great for a brunch, ladies luncheon or baby/bridal shower.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 large kiwi fruits, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 2 large mangoes, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 1 pint orange juice
  • 3 cups cold water


  1. Using a blender, puree the kiwis, mangoes and orange juice.
  2. Pour into a pitcher, add water and stir.

I did a little experimenting with this drink in that, after I pureed the kiwi, mango & OJ, adding 1 1/2 cups of water to one half of the puree AND 1 1/2 cups of prepared green tea to the other half! LOVED them both, though I'll admit that the juice itself is a great breakfast drink, while the the juice/tea combo makes for a very nise sipper on the patio! Thanks for a great keeper recipe! We liked this drink but didn't love it. I think it was the kiwi that give an after taste I didn't really like. The flavors went well together though. Made for ZWT8
