These have a wonderful flavor if you can get past the green cooked kiwi. They are fun for kids for Halloween or St Patricks day parties.

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Mix egg, milk and oil.
  4. Add wet mixture to the dry mixture stirring just until moistened.
  5. Add kiwis, stir just until blended.
  6. Spoon batter into 12 lined muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.

I haven't tried these (though I might) but I'd like to tell you how appreciative I am of the simpleness of this recipe. So many times I have recipes that are too long and confusing whereas this is plain and easy to follow. Thankyou :)

A not to sweet muffin with a distinct kiwi taste. The texture is a little strange though. I don't think I would make these again.

Not bad - I chopped the kiwi as written, but next time I think I'll mash it, almost like a puree. The kiwi was too chunky just chopped.
