Kiwi Green Goblin Pudding

"This recipe was found online at kiwifruit.org. It's meant to be a 'healthy' snack the latter part of October or whenever, but I thought it'd be great for March, as well, but perhaps not so elaborately decorated!"

  1. A nice dessert, though we enjoyed I am not sure if I did the face right, used raisins as an option here. My 9 year old and I had fun making the faces. A nice twist on a dessert list. Made for PRMR tag.

  2. We enjoyed this for a quick and easy dessert. Fun to make and easy too! Thanks for sharing!

  3. These were a bit bland tasting but really cute--a nice idea for Halloween. Since I don't care for chocolate, I used the raisins option. I imagine kids would prefer raisins and it might get a higher rating on flavor if made that way and devoured by a chocolate lover. I did come out with way too many kiwi slices, but that was okay--I happily gobbled them up as a snack.

  4. Absolutely fun idea - I love the goblin faces for October - my kids ate these up! I don't know if I made them right - I only needed 1 kiwi fruit as I pkg made only 3 generous bowls for them. I wasn't exactly sure if I made the faces right, but they worked out nicely anyway!! Great spin on a kid favorite - pudding (and healthy fruits to boot!) Thanks for posting Syd!!
