This is a great "do ahead no cook" dessert. Looks and tastes great.

@Amanda in Aberdeen: Kiwi's and diary can start a chemical reaction to become something pretty bitter. I personally don't know how to avoid it, although the other reviewers apparently have.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 5 kiwi, peeled
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup whipping cream


  1. Puree kiwi in a blender with 1/4 cup sugar.
  2. Beat egg whites until foamy.
  3. Add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until still peaks form.
  4. Beat whipping cream until stiff.
  5. Fold in egg whites and kiwi puree.
  6. Spoon into dessert dishes and freeze.
  7. Let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
