This is a Dole recipe
- 4 kiwi fruits, peeled, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1⁄3 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 4 flour tortillas
- 4 tablespoons reduced-calorie peanut butter
- Mix kiwifruit with cottage cheese; set aside.
- Spread each tortilla with 1 Tbsp of the peanut butter.
- Divide fruit mixture evenly among tortillas.
- Roll up and eat.
This was okay but I would have liked it a little sweeter, some Splenda added or maybe some crushed pineapple would be nice!
