  1. Combine butter and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add milk, and stir.
  3. Add baking powder and flour and combine until just mixed.
  4. Add chocolate chips and mix all together.
  5. Roll dough into balls (golfball size or smaller) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Press down with fork tines.
  7. Bake in a moderate over at 350 and remove when the bottoms become golden brown.

These were GREAT! The batter turned out a nice, white colour. The final result is a beautiful, light chocolate chip cookie. Perfect for company! I also loved that it didn't make a HUGE amount. Thanks for posting!
