Kiwi Banana Shake

I just discovered Kiwi and bananas go together very well. This is pretty versatile-the banana can be adjusted for how thick you like your shakes. I'm still experimenting, so let me know how to improve this.

Yummy! I used 2 frozen bananas, one room-temperature banana, and 2 kiwis. I added some water thinking my blender would need it to get going, but I think the kiwis would probably have taken care of that. So we got smoothie more than shake, really. But good nonetheless! Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups ice
  • 1 -2 kiwi (or more if you love kiwi)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 -2 banana (used for taste and thickening)

Directions

  1. Throw this all in a blender and pulse and/or just puree the heck out of it until you have the consistency you like.
