Kiwi and Pineapple Smoothie

The original of this somewhat tweaked recipe was found in the 2000 cookbook, Ultimate Smoothies. This recipe makes two LARGE servings.

A yummy, refreshing and very healthy smoothie, that is a great way to start the day! Made this for my dad, who really enjoyed it, but even though I left out the bananas (due to heartburn issues) he thought it was a little on the thick side. Maybe a splash more juice could help with that. THANKS SO MUCH for sharing your recipe with us, Syd! Made and reviewed for PRMR Tag Game February 2010.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 10 kiwi, peeled, diced
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced (fresh or canned)
  • 2 bananas (frozen)


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender & process until smooth.
  2. Pour into two tall glasses & ENJOY!
