I cut the recipe in half. Made ground beef meatballs. Followed the recipe as written. You do need to mix with your hands. I recommend you let it cool some first. I was able to make this inadvance. The leftovers were heated in the micro. with no problems. Served it with caesar salad & garlic bread. I plan on making this the next time Dd has her friends over as they are big eaters/picky. The family loved it & I will be serving this again. Thank you Kitten.

This is a great dish, it's very easy to freeze in foodsaver bags to boil on demand. I used Italian sausage pulled out of the casings and browned.

This was a lot of work to put together. Especially, since i always put 4 oz of cream cheese in my sauce. I had to cool it or it would of cooked the eggs. I only used two eggs and a can of diced tomatoes in the sauce. Along with an italian sausage spaghetti sauce and two 8 oz cans of tomtoe sauce. Had to add a little italian seasoning, basil, and oregano. A little too much sauce. Almost bubbled over. Also used a mix of cheddar, jack, and mozzerella cheese. Kids liked it! Luckily, I made my homemade meatballs in the morning. I also mixed some sauce in the noodles.

This was good. I made it using Kittencal's sauce and meatball recipe. I will say I thought the sauce was a little too sweet and the flavor was a little off. The meatballs were very good. I would like to try this again with a different sauce recipe.

I made this last night for some friends & family and it. was. incredible! I too cheated and used frozen meatballs but it was still fantastic! I'm going to attempt doing an alfredo/chicken version too! Thanks for a great recipe! I plan on trying many more of yours!

This is amazing! I did cheat a bit by using frozen italian style meatballs, but it was still fantastic! Makes ALOT which is great because it freezes and re-heats beautifully. I froze individual servings for lunches or easy weeknight meals. Thank you Kittencal for yet another awesome recipe!
