Delicious! I had to use soy parmesan and dairy-free margarine, and it was still pure comfort food. And so easy! Great recipe.
This is another hit by Kittencal! So easy and so delicious. I used fresh parsley and probably a little more parmesan. Served on rolls one night with Vegetable-Beef Barley Soup (Crock Pot)#99870 and another night on some sourdough bread. Thank you for posting. I didn't have enough Parmesan cheese, so I didn't use any. Also, I just sliced the bread in half and spread the mixture on that way. Was delicious though, thank you!

I halved the recipe for a small batch of garlic bread and still have some extra garlic butter for tomorrow, though man, I'm craving more already. Kitten, Kitten, Kitten...what can I say? A simple, delicious recipe from a poster I've come to count on. Needless to say, you didn't let me down. I used finely chopped flat leaf thyme instead of parsley, and added a bit of EVO to the butter along with the garlic and fresh parm. Sigh. YUMMY!!!
