This was really good. I sliced my zucchini into thin sticks so they would crisp up better. My daughter loved these dipped in marinara sauce.

Love this! We've made our zucchini this way for as long as I can remember. Only changes I make to Kittnecal's method are to use only the egg white to dip the zucchini in, then once it's on the baking sheet I give it one more quick spritz with nonstick olive oil spray to help them brown just a bit. Delicious! Even my daughter LOVES this, and she won't eat zucchini any other way!

Yum recipe. The zucchini cooks crazy quick so be sure to watch it or it will be over cooked. Our only needed 10-15minutes in the oven and the inside was soft and delicious. The breadcrumbs on the outside weren't as crunchy as I had imagine it to be, but still delicious non the less!

This was an excellent way to cook and eat zucchini! Thank you so much! I cooked it on parchment paper to get it extra crispy. Delicious with light ranch.

I thought these were fabulous!! I am trying to spice up my vetetables and this was the perfect way. I even dipped them in a little light ranch and it can be a great appetizer! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!!! :)

These were very good. They make a great substitute for when you want deep-fried, breaded veggies but don't want all the fat and calories. Thanks for a great recipe.

My kids LOVED these. Their only complaint was there wasn't enough of them. Next time I'll double the recipe! They were very crispy. Nif must have done something wrong for hers not to turn out crispy.

These were good but not crunchy for us. I think that I would try to bake them on 2 baking sheets next time because I have a feeling that they were too close and kind of steamed instead of crisping up. Good flavour and I was surprised that the dry ingredients were exactly the right amount - it didn't look like we had enough but we sure did! Thanks.

I love freid zucchini, but this doens't have all the extra oil. We like to dip these in ranch dressing. Thanks for another winner!
