We thought this was excellent. My 18 month old son who usually picks off the "good stuff" (and only eats that) at the whole thing. Yay! DH and I loved it as well.

I really wanted to love these because a) KittenCal has the most delicious recipes, and b) I thought I might have found a relatively healthy way to get veggies into my nieces. Alas... My nieces didn't like them and I thought they were "eh". Not bad, but not terribly flavorful.

These were very good. I really liked the use of panko on these. They baked up crispy and golden brown. We used ranch dressing to dip them in and everyone enjoyed them. Thank you Kittencal for sharing this recipe with us. We loved it!

This is a recipe I use again and again. It's a great basic recipe and then you can change it in many different ways. I especially love using the panko which makes the squash really crispy. I sometimes use a marinara sauce as a dip or a light ranch dressing. Grat recipe, Kitten! Thanks for sharing.
