MMM!!!!!!!!! These are amazingly good! I couldn't find fresh or frozen cranberries at the store so I used 1/2 cup dried cranberries and it worked great. This yielded 11 stuffing balls for me but I am sure it would have made more because I couldn't help eating the stuffing as I made these!

What a great way to serve stuffing! Mine were a little on the salty side, so next time I won't be adding any additional salt. It may have been the type of stuffing mix I used. Thanks so much for posting this one!

I served these as the main course the other night with mashed potatoes and gravy and some balsamic asparagus. We loved them! I used turkey breakfast sausage that's made in-house at the market. Also, I thought I had cranberries in the freezer, but didn't, so I used about a 1/2 c dried, chopped cranberries. The only other change I made was to only use about 1 T butter for sauteeing and sprayed with cooking spray instead of brushing with butter. They were really good the next morning for breakfast too. Definitely will be a "make again," and completely cured my Thanksgiving craving I was having! Thanks!

We loved these, but I left out the cranberrys this time. I plan on making them again for Christmas with cranberrys, thank you Kit!
