This is a TERRIFIC caesar dressing, so far my favorite. It was a big hit at my Christmas Eve feast. Thanks again Kittencal!

Wow! Kittencal has the best recipe for Caesar Salad by far. I made Kittencal's Garlic Croutons for this recipe too. I couldn't stop tasting this dressing before and after we had it for Thanksgiving. My Mother tried it and said that it reminded her of a caesar salad that she used to get years ago and hadn't tasted anything so amazing since. Until this! I made the recipe note for note and used fresh parmesan cheese. I chose to use milk instead of cream and low fat mayo as suggested. The dressing was unbelievably rich and tasty and a perfect balance of garlic, anchovies, etc. Thanks again!

Outstanding! This is the best Caesar Salad I've ever had. I will NEVER be able to buy Caesar salad dressing at the store again! I used Hellman's light and fat-free half-and-half and it came out terrific. Also, I did add in the anchovy's, which I would highly recommend.

WOW is the word that came to mind with the first bite of this delicious salad. The dressing is rich and garlicky and although I was a bit afraid of the anchovy, it was a nice addition. I did add the optional Worcestershire sauce which to me was just the right touch. I served this with Mahogany Beef Stew and we had a very elegant and tasty meal combination. This is also so easy I will never buy bottled Caesar dressing again.

I thought this salad/dressing was easy & yummy. I had lots left over. Will buy 2 bunches of romaine lettuce next time. Thanks for sharing. I will definately make this again.

Fantastico!!! Caesar salad is not Caesar salad without anchovies. Since dh and I are garlic nuts, I used 4 cloves. I meant to make Kittencal's croutons, but forgot. Instead, I just sprinkled crushed tortilla chips on top. It was great! Enjoyed it with Chicken Tortilla Soup (recipe 4627) and had a marvelous meal. The dressing is in the fridge, but it won't last long! Another winner, Kittencal!

Hubby loved this dressing. I liked it because it didn't have raw eggs in it! It sure beats the bottled stuff!
