I used just rhubarb with strawberry jello. So fast and easy to make. YUM! Made for 2012 Zaar Cookbook Tag.

Easy, quick and delish. I used both strawberries and rhubarb. What else is there to say. Perfect!

great flavor and simple to prepare. Again, a little freshly grated lemon zest, to bring out all the wonderful flavor! Thanks!

So easy and so good! We all love it (even the rhubarb "haters"). Used all the rhubarb (no strawberries added) and only 1 2/3 cups sugar as others recommended and it turned out amazing! Thanks for a simple and delicious recipe!!!

Absolutely delicious! I would never have thought to use strawberry jello, and it gave the jam a great flavor. I used 2 1/2 cups sugar, and next time I'm going to add a little more rhubarb since it's one of my favorites. This jam was a real hit -- I put two jars in the fridge, and it was so good that they were gone in two days, so I took the rest of the jam out of the freezer as I knew everyone would be clamoring for it. We love it -- so fresh tasting! Thanks for sharing.

This was very easy! I ended up using 1 1/2 C strawberries, because I didn't have enough rhubarb. Next time I'll use all rhubarb, because I thought the strawberry flavor from the Jello(I uses sugar free) was more than enough. I also used WAY less sugar(1 2/3 C) and it was just right. Thanks!

Great recipe. Just like my grandmother used to make. The family is eating this up fast. Wish I had some more rhubarb in the garden.

yummmm. Just finished making 2 xtra large batches of this (2 batches of 3x the recipe). In one I used a large box of strawberry, small box of raspberry jello. In the other I used all black cherry jello. I think the first batch was better, but they're both really really good. :) Great way to use a bunch of rhubarb before it went bad! Oh, also, I picked this recipe because it has less sugar than some and my husband and I like a tart jam. That said... it's still too sweet in our opinion! Probably could have gone to 2 cups (maybe even less) sugar per 1x this recipe and it would still have been great (and better for you!) Anyway... yummmm. :)

My husband decided to buy some rhubarb in Lancaster PA at the Amish farmer's Market. Having no clue as to how to cook or prepare rhubarb, I tried your recipe. It was really easy and turned out wonderful! Gave a jar to the neighbor's and she admitted eating it right from the jar with a spoon! I will definately make this again. Thank you for sharing.

This jam is beautiful in the jar and tasty on the bread. I can't keep my spoon out of it. Even house guests that said they don't like rhubarb liked this jam. I just didn't tell them what it was until after they liked it. Thanks for posting.

Made this jam for the first time this spring. Wasn't sure about it, before it was made. WOW!! It received rave reviews. It was all gone quickly. Yesterday, there was some late rhubarb at the farmers' market. Will make two batches, both batches are ready for the final steps. Didn't have quite enough rhubarb so augmented the second batch with blackberries. This freezes well. Thanks KIttencal

Kitten - I can't believe I just made jam! I used fresh rhubarb and only had 4 cups chopped so I chopped up strawberries for the remaining 1 1/2 c needed. The jam sat exactly 24 hours in the pan and then the next day was sitting in their pretty little jam jars within 15 minutes! Yummy! I am letting everything set overnight in the fridge but of course snuck some samples before cleaning out the pan. I can't believe this was so simple to put together! I received 4 small jelly jars (1/2 pint size). Perfect! Tagged in Newest Zaar Tag. Thanks for sharing it with us! :D
