This is simple and delicious. The lemon is a bit overpowering, but I served this with white rice and Pea Tendrils With Baby Portabellas and Leeks, which went nicely with the creamy, lemony sauce.

This was very good. I agree that the mayonnaise kept the salmon very moist. This was an easy and quick recipe that I will definitley make again. The only change that I'll make is to add a little less lemon juice (personal preference). Thanks, Kittencal, for a delish recipe. :)

just put the dishes in the dish washer and had to come online to rave about this fantastic recipe. WOW!!!! We all loved it, the fish was so moist, so easy to make. I would struggle to cook salmon a different way now i have found this recipe. Well done Kittencal- another one of yours on my keeper list...

This IS easy! I used thick frozen salmon fillets so had to bake them double the time. I also only had half the amount of lemon juice so filled it out with lime juice. It turned out very lemony tasting. I used the mayo this time but would like to try it without it next time. It did give it an undertone of mayo flavor. I will make this again. I served it with Lemon Chive Rice and Microwave Lemon Garlic Broccoli for a wonderful lemony meal!

Delicious fish! We used salmon filets and the timing was perfect. I really liked to be able to bake the potatoes in the same oven/same temp so everything was done together. Just tossed a salad for the perfect meal. Thanks for sharing this keeper which we will be having often!
