OMG!! This is so good! Thank you for saving me from boring mashed potatoes. I love gravy and had to give this a try. I made everyone in the family try it as they passed through the kitchen before dinner....HUGE HIT! I used the fat free evaporated milk to make it thicker and followed the rest of the recipe exactly. Thanks again, I will definitly make this again. Can't wait to serve it to the masses at a large family gathering, lets see if they can tell it's fat free! Again a big thanks!

I think DH wanted to cry when he saw that I had a fat free gravy recipe pulled out for Thanksgiving, but he was pleasantly surprised. It came together quickly and had great flavor. I ended up using cream in place of the nonfat milk (just to please DH) but I think it would have been wonderful with the nonfat milk as well. I don't generally have much luck with pan gravys having good flavor, so I was glad this tasted so great. Thanks!
