This is the best and easiest glaze and one that I use all the time for my Kittencal's Jumbo Cinnamon Buns/Rolls and my Kittencal's 5-Minute Cinnamon Flop Brunch Cake --- just three ingredients to create the perfect creamy glaze, for the best creamy taste and texture I strongly suggest to use only whipping cream --- change the flavor by using different flavors of extract, you can also add in food coloring

Call me crazy, but I didn't have any whipping cream, so I used 1/8 c vanilla cinnamon creme coffee mate (was making cinnamon flop) and 1/8c milk and left out the vanilla. Tastes great!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted (please sift to remove any small lumps)
  • 14 cup whipping cream (any amount to desired texture start with 1/4 cup, or use 18% table cream)
  • 1 12 teaspoons vanilla extract or 1 12 teaspoons almond extract

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl adding whipping cream until desired texture is achieved (do not make it to thin, or it won't stick on cakes!).
