I finally tried this recipe and everyone loved it, including the picky eaters! The chicken was very moist and all of the flavors combined wonderfully! Thank you for adding to our family's dinner table!
This is a HUGE hit every time I make it! I substitute gluten free waffles that have been put through my food processor for the bread crumbs. And I also have been using the Parmesan Asiago & Romano blend, it's so delicious! Another home run! This dish is easy and tasty!!

Another great recipe Kittencal! Simple to make, and tastes amazing. I actually used this with pork because I thought I had chicken but looked and it was pork. Turned out fantastic. Omitted the butter, used fat free ranch, and did just a little spritz of Pam over the baking sheet. I didn't use a rack and the bottom turned out quite crispy. The whole family loved it, even the 2 year old :) This recipe is definitely a keeper!
What a wonderful recipe! I used panko, omitted the butter and served it without topping with cheese. It was very moist and crisp. I'll definitely make this again.
This recipe was delicious. I made it so that I could have a meal ready for a few days and this fit the bill. I cooked it for 40 minutes instead of 30-35 as the recipe dictated and it was a bit dry. My mistake, a great meal though
