I used this on a Boston Butt roast done in the slow cooker as per your "Fall-Apart-Tender Slow Roast Pork Butt", truly fantastic! Only thing I left out was the cayenne, as I had a person over who is sensitive to hot. I also could have made half the recipe for the rub for the roast (7 lbs), I had a lot leftover. Oh, and I let the roast sit in the fridge with the rub on it about 36 hours. Thank you for a keeper!

I loved this rub. I used it for ribs and they came out excellent, the only change I would have made is less salt, but that's a personal taste. Thanks for the great recipe!

I did not do all the recipe. I think I divided in 3. I used this rub on pork chops. It gave them a nice taste. I used seasoning salt instead of kosher salt. I omitted mustard powder cause I thought I didn't have and I found them after LOL Thanks Kit. Made for Zaar Star Game.

This is a great rub for just about anything, great flavor but not too spicey. I used this on a pork tenderloin which I rubbed with olive oil and sprinkled with this rub and then used the method in Perfect Pork Tenderloin for cooking the tenderloin. It came out flavorful and juicy. The only changes I made was to leave out the lemon pepper (personal taste) and I did not have enough black pepper maybe around 1-2 teaspoons is all I had. Thanks for this terrific rub that I intend to try on chicken next.

This was one of the best pork rubs I've tried yet! I used it on pork shoulder and smoked that puppy all day today. I highly recommend it.

I used this on western style pork shoulder ribs. I let the rub sit for a couple of hours on the meat then slow grilled them. My husband liked it so much he asked for it again the next weekend when we had friends over. I now have a jar of this made up in my cubboard ready to go whenever. Great recipe!

Rubbed this onto boneless country ribs tonight and slow baked them....EXCELLENT!!!! I don't like BBQ sauce, but have it as a dipping sauce for DH for them. Fantastic! Thanks!

I rubbed this on two racks of ribs two days ago and my husband smoked them for dinner last night. They turned out so great, very flavorful. For some reason they were pretty spicy, which we like, but they were really spicy. I used chipotle chili powder, I wonder if that had something to do with it? Anyway, definately will make again. Thanks for a great recipe!

This rub is full of intense flavors! It really helped perk up the pork shoulder I made for pulled pork barbecue. I will definitely use this recipe again. I make pulled pork often as my husband is a big fan. This rub was a big hit in our house : ) Thanks again, Kittencal!
