I used the jumbo rolls and had to cook these about 20 minutes longer so they didn't get soggy. I had a decent amount of filling left, not really sure I put enough in each roll. My DH loved them. They were a bit to rich for me.

I made this the other night and my daughter who is one of the pickiest eaters has asked every night if I would make it again! It melts in your mouth!

So Good! I cut this recipe in half because I was only making for two. I used leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. I also used cream cheese with onion and chive and added chopped celery. The flavors went well with the turkey. I saved the leftover filling for a sandwich. I didn't make the sauce, because I didn't have the ingredients on hand. The rolls came out nicely browned after 26 minutes. I served with sour cream. Thank you for this recipe. I will make again.

This was a hit with my very picky hubby and 4-year old son. I'm just learning to cook and found the recipe easy to follow. While the prep time took a little longer than I was expecting (about 50 minutes for a newbie like me), the end result was totally worth it. YUMMY!

We really loved the flavor of this but found the rolls to be a little to soggy for us. It's a texture thing for me. I made homemade cream of soup to lower the sodium and used ff half and half in place of the cream. I will use the filling again but might try something different for the roll part.

How did I forget to rate this one! We have had this twice. The first time I had a guest for dinner and everybody raved about it. This is incredible! Rich and delcious. Next time I want to try it without the sauce because the filling is to die for!

I made this awhile back, but forgot if we liked it or not. I think it was good, but if I try it again I'll update my review.

This was easy to make and had a very creamy sauce. It was a big hit with my family. The only changes I made was I left out the onions due to a picky eater and used extra cheese. No leftovers :)

Good stuff. I took the advice on cooking it first without the sauce...and it turned out well. I cooked for 15 mins alone, then added the sauce for 15 mins. I skipped the cheese for topping as I felt like everything else had enough cheese in it. I was pleased with it and think the extra cheese would have been too much.

Awesome casserole made with chicken! Even my fussy DD ate this and told me how much she loved it! When I find something she likes I am so thrilled! I plan to enjoy this many times now that I tried it!

Yummy! I cooked them without the sauce, and they turned out great! Next time, I'll take out a little of the garlic powder and add more cream cheese--but these are definitely a repeat! Thanks! :)

Oh, I was so disappointed with these. I should have paid more attention to the reviews, and so I won't make a star rating. This is the first time I've made a Kittencal recipe that just didn't work for me. I used Turkey in the filling (and didn't care for the flavor, should definitely use chicken) but the problem was the sauce/dough. I simply couldn't get it to COOK all the way through. I did put sauce under and over the rolls, and I filled the rolls far too full thinking it would be very casserole-like in texture and would be okay -- but it wasn't. The dough simply would not cook; I ended up burning the top and sides and the middle was still totally, completely raw. I still think this is a great idea, but if I try again it will be with the sauce served on the side, and I will halve (or less) the filling. I filled two cans of crescent rolls very VERY plumply (TOO MUCH) and there was still a lot left over. I'm sure this was my mistake; as I filled the rolls too much and used way too much sauce. I may try again sometime, but we ordered pizza tonight.

I love these! I make them every few weeks for my boyfriend and I. I use milk instead of whipping cream because I don't have that in my house. Great recipe!

Yum!! This was great. It went together fast, and my entire family ate it! I did half the 'soup/sauce' recipe, though I wish I would have added a bit more - maybe closer to 3/4 than 1/2? Very cheesy - move over mac and cheese - this is comfort food at it's best :).

Simple and delicious. I added a bit of chopped broccoli to my leftover turkey. I also added in a bit of leftover gravy in with the soup for the sauce. (I used cream of celery soup.) The sauce just barely covered the rolls, and I was concerned it might be dry, but once it was cooked, the amount was just right.
