I have used this recipe for years. I use it for hamburger/sandwich rolls as well as dinner rolls. It also works well for cinnamon rolls. Instant yeast works well in the recipe.

I found the instructions a little unclear, however, I used common sense to get through the unclear portions. They turned out fluffy and yummy. I put them in the oven to rise at 90* and then removed them while the oven preheated to 425* and then put them back in. I left them in for 9 minutes and they cooked perfectly.

This is the best recipe I've found for dinner rolls made using a KitchenAid stand mixer. This is my go-to recipe for dinner rolls now.

Came out fluffy and delicious. Liked that you can knead it in the machine rather than by hand!
