  1. Blend all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
  2. Allow 2 tsp for a 4# roast; or 1/4 tsp for a 1# cutlet.
  3. Add 1 tsp to a large pot of beef soup, or 1/4 tsp to 1 cup of meat or vegetable gravy.

A wonderful spice mix, I love the lemon flavor that comes through. I needed the peel of a very large lemon to get the required amount. Used only one tablespoon of the salt. I also used it on fish, mixed it with some flour to coat, very nice!!
