A savory, healthy mix that is sure to add something special to your salads.
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sweet basil
- 1 egg white
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- Mix olive oil, basil, pepper, sugar, vinegar, water and Worcestershire sauce into one bowl.
- Separate egg yolk from the white and beat white and add to mix.
- Mix everything together and serve chilled.
