  1. Sooo goood! Curried avocado dressing. The amounts in the recipe are vague, so I'll just list amounts I used, for my own reference. 2 tbs curry powder, 1 ts Worcestershire Sauce, 2 ts lemon juice, 2 ts garlic powder, 2 ts onion powder, 1 ts salt, 1 ts white pepper. The delicate avocado flavor was not overpowered with all this seasoning, it was still more avocado than curry.

Very close recipe to the real thing- we do ours with one variation that adds another layer of flavor- and we think it is closer to the original- we use Borden's French Onion dip instead of the sour cream and if it sits after mixing at least one hour it is perfection! Enjoy a bit of South Texas treasure anywhere you are- I am in Cali so make it for a taste of home
     
  3. This is insanely good! I am going to have to restrain myself from eating it all before dinner. To think I just stumbled across this recipe while looking for a curry dressing...lucky me!
