I found this in a Pol Martin cookbook-

  • 4 large king crab legs
  • 12 cup garlic butter
  • breadcrumbs
  • pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut crab legs in half across width. Split open lenghtwise.
  3. Spread garlic butter over meat and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place on an ovenproof platter and pepper well.
  5. Change oven setting to broil and place crab legs in oven.
  6. Broil 5-6 minutes.
