It's hard to believe something so easy can taste so good. Very kid friendly. Try it, you'll like it. Since it isn't true Hungarian I changed the name.

- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄2 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- Place meat in a crock pot. Cover with onions. Combine ingredients; garlic through dry mustard and add water to mixture. Pour this mixture over beef and onions in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 9 - 10 hours. Dissolve flour in small amount of water. Turn corck pot to high and stir in flour/water mixture. Cook 10 - 15 minutes more. Serve over egg noodles. So easy and so YUMMY!
This is the same recipe my Mom made when I was growing up! It's excellent and budget friendly. Thanks for posting!
It's not authentic goulash but it's still yummy!!! This was an easy dish to make. I really liked it and my hard-to-please family enjoyed it too. I'll definately make it again.
