I don't really like sweet potatoes but my family does so I thought I would try this. This is a keeper. We all loved it! I used can sweet potatoes and cooked them for a little while. I also didn't use the nuts since I don't like them.
So good, even my husband ate it! He usually steers clear of sweet potatoes on Thanksgiving to fill his plate with his favorites, but he actually ate seconds. Better than sweet potato pie! Thanks!!!
This was a great recipe. I always make this dish for Thanksgiving and Christmas and it was the first time it was completely gobbled up. A keeper for sure!!! Thanks
I tried this for Thanksgiving and although I don't eat Sweet Potatoes, my family loved it. Thanks!
Served in Houston to people from many parts of the country and three friends said it was the best sweet potatoe casserole they ever had!!! All wanted the recipe
Amazing! I hate sweet potatoes and I loved this. I served it at Thanksgiving and my grandma (hates sweet potatoes) demanded the recipe! Thank You!!!
This went over very well at Thanksgiving. I will admit that sweet potatoes are not my thing, but I gave it a try and was impressed. This will go into my holiday rotation.
I have never made anything with sweet potato before. I was a little afraid of making it for Thanksgiving, but I gave it a shot. Everyone loved it for its taste, texture, and smell. Even relatives of mine, who don't like sweet potatoes, really loved eating this casserole. This is an awesome recipe!
It was a huge hit at Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it and said we need to for sure keep the recipe!
I doubled the batch and it was delicious. The topping was absolutely awesome and I did add the marshmallows and I liked the carmelization of them. I also loved the fact that even with the marshmallows the amount of sweetness was right on. The creaminess, the crunch, the gooeyness, yum. Great recipe! Thanks Kim
