This recipe was a real hit at my house. I hope it will be at yours also.
- 1 lb carrot
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 6 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Peel carrots. Slice about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Blend butter, sugar, cinnamon, honey,carrots, and water. Bring to a boil. Then put on low heat and cook until carrots are tender. Don't forget to stir while cooking.
great recipe. will be serving it at a fall dinner party this sunday, omiting the cinnamon because of an allergy. thanks.
