Nice and easy to make
- 9 inches pie shells, uncooked
- 2 slices cooked ham, slivered
- 2 tablespoons chives, snipped
- 1 ounce parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups half-and-half
- 1⁄2 cup kielbasa, diced
- 1⁄2 lb swiss cheese, shredded
- Sprinkle pie shell with meat, chives and cheeses.
- Beat eggs lightly with half and half.
- Season to taste with pepper.
- Pour over meat.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes until crust is brown and filling is set.
