Kielbasa Bites

• Yields: 48 pieces

ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup chili sauce
• 3⁄4 cup grape jelly
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (scant)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground nutmeg (scant)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger (scant)
• 4 tablespoons red wine
• 2 teaspoons prepared mustard (heaping)
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1 1⁄2 lbs kielbasa, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces

directions

1. Mix together chili sauce, jelly, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, wine, mustard and soy sauce in a saucepan or chafing dish until mixture can be smoothly blended.
2. Add kielbasa and heat until sausage is hot.
3. Serve with toothpicks.

What's not to love about these little bites...I used Johnsonville's smoked brats because I didn't have any kielbasa and they worked great...cut this recipe way down for one of our appy nights...made for "FYC" tag game...
