    So simple with all the taste of banana cream pie! So easy a kid can make it! It is a little messy, but that's part of the fun! You can use real whipped cream or try the vegan version. Adapted from The Garden of Vegan.

    Vegan whipped cream

    Directions:

      Have your kids(or adults) tear up the banana into bite size pieces. Place on graham crackers, then add a dollop of whipped cream. If desired, sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.

      Place another graham cracker on top and then squish it down and enjoy! :).

      To make vegan whipped cream:.

      In a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients well.

      Chill for 1 hour before using. Makes about 1 cup.
