  1. Place butter in glass bowl and add 1 tablespoon parsley flakes, 1 teaspoon garlic salt, and 1/2 teaspoons pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl mix crushed crackers and remaining parsley, garlic and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken in butter, then dredge in cracker crumbs.
  4. Sprinkle a little of the crumbs on the bottom of a glass rectangle baking dish.
  5. Place chicken in dish without overlapping. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and sprinkle with leftover herbed butter. Bake for 15 more minutes until crumbs begin to brown.
