- 1⁄2 cup apple juice
- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 dash ground cinnamon, to taste
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
- In blender container place the apple juice, buttermilk, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Cover, blend 15 seconds at high speed.
- Pour into a glass.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
